Earthquakes are common in this area but they are small.Yes this earthquake was felt.Since this earthquake was in the water it caused a tsunami. The cities near this was Tokyo,Japan,Moscow Russia,Kruils islands.

Such as a desk or table.Slow down your past to only a few steps.Also stay away from windows in case they break, or any heavy and tale objects. If there is not a table near you duck your head into you knees and hide your face.
