Why Earth is Differnt from other planets

The earth is different from other planets because it has atmosphere. When a metoride heads towards earth it will burn up because of the nitrogen in earths atmosphere. Though when a metoride hits earth it mark will eventually fade away because of earths weather. Such as it will blow away or it will wash away. If a meatoride hits the moon the marking will stay there unless if it disturbed. It stays there because the moon has no weather to blow it away or wash it away. The marking will stay there on the moon for four billion years but on the earth it will stay there for three or less days. So as you can see earth is different from other planets because of its atmosphere.
