In the gizmo for my 8th grade class we did a gizmo on earths seasons and how they change. The earth is on an axis. Depending on how the axis is tilted will determine on what season it is. For instince , if the north side of the earth is directed towards the sun then it is summer because the north is getting more sun rays then the south.
